Advertising and Advanced Search Option
There are 3 ways to
participate in this area.
What is Advanced Search?
There are two basic elements at this time and any future developments will
be in this area. To access this Advance Search area requires an annual
subscription fee described below.
1. Advance search allows a user to find alpacas with selected show result
criteria. Example: If you want to find the Grey Suri Male Color Champions
for 2007 or Brown 1st Place Huacaya Females for 2008, this can be done in
the Advanced Search area. The results are listed in registration number
order to group the same alpaca together that have the same results from more
than one show.
2. Under the concept of pedigree power, another feature only available in
the Advance Search area a report generation that finds, counts, and displays
all the different known show results for the offspring of a particular Sire
or Dam. Example: This option will count all the Color Championships of the
offspring and with a click display all those same results.
Fees:
1. An Alpaca Advertisement: $25.00 per alpaca per year. This advertisement
is displayed whenever someone clicks on that alpaca to see its show results,
pedigree, progeny or offspring show results. The ad includes, a picture,
contact information with direct links to your website, and a short statement
about the alpaca, your farm, or breeding opportunities, etc. (To see a
sample ad, find the alpaca: Stewart’s Prince Valiant - 30014190. Then click
on show results, or pedigree. You will see that the advertisement appears
first, before the show results or pedigree information.
2. Access to the Advance Search area: $200.00 per year.
3. Package opportunity: 10 alpaca advertisements and access to the Advance
Search area plus a home page display advertisement with a direct link to
your website: $495.00 per year.
